We dispatch your items within 14 working days* (*Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) of cleared payment.

We are required by law to inform you about the delivery time (the time when you will receive the order), not the dispatch time (the time we need to give the parcel to the postal service) although we can not estimate how long the delivery procedure takes.
